Successfully launched new John Hancock Retirement Services Participant website reaching 1.7 million users in order to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

As the lead UI Designer I was responsible for overall look and feel. Coordinated with internal creative agency to ensure that style, brand, imagery, and photography adhered to corporate guidelines. Collaborated with financial analysts, product managers, UX designers, and software developers to drive the project forward. Delivered key features including streamlined navigation, interactive dashboard, actionable retirement calculator, and page templates. Developed responsive designs for web, mobile, and tablet applications. Built and maintained a website style guide and a library of components and patterns.
